Association of Government Approved Driving Schools Operators in Nigeria (AGADSON) – Imo State Chapter
To maintain professionalism, credibility, and regulatory compliance within the driving school sector, all applicants seeking membership must meet the following criteria:
1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Be a licensed and operational Driving School within Imo State
- Possess valid accreditation from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC)
- Be duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a business or company
- Operate in compliance with relevant State and Federal transportation regulations
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Applicants are required to submit clear copies of the following:
- Valid Driving School FRSC Accreditation Certificate
- CAC Registration Certificate
- Proof of operational address (office/location)
- Valid means of identification (Owner/Proprietor)
- Passport photograph of the Proprietor
- Evidence of operational training vehicles (optional but recommended)
3. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
- Complete the official AGADSON Membership Application Form
- Submit all required documents for verification
- Undergo screening/validation by the Association
- Receive approval and onboarding confirmation
4. PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP DUES
- Payment of registration fee (as determined by the Association)
- Payment of annual membership dues
- All payments must be made through approved channels and properly documented
5. COMPLIANCE & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All members are expected to:
- Adhere strictly to AGADSON’s constitution and code of conduct
- Maintain high standards in driver training and safety practices
- Comply with directives from regulatory bodies and the Association
- Participate in meetings, programs, and official activities
6. VERIFICATION & APPROVAL
- All applications are subject to verification and approval by the Executive Council
- Only qualified and compliant driving schools will be admitted as members
7. MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY (OPTIONAL)
- Full Member (Accredited Driving Schools)
- Associate Member (Related training institutions – subject to approval)
